CONTEXT
As a self-driving robot startup, service expanded rapidly, increasing customer requirements and global partner collaborations, but systematic issue management and reliability assurance were lacking.
OBJECTIVE
To quantitatively manage customer feedback and solve technical issues to create a stable service operation foundation, while effectively managing project milestones.
EXECUTION
- Established SLA and cooperation structure with partners → Enhanced customer-centric problem-solving skills
- Optimized key self-driving modules such as Semantic Segmentation, Detection, Localization, and Navigation
- Used visualization tools based on rviz, Foxglove for real-time issue tracking and debugging
- Introduced Agile-based operational processes (Figma, Jira, Slack, Confluence)
ACHIEVEMENT
- Refined previously untracked issues to classify and manage more than 6,000 issues with 5 levels of importance
- After establishing the process, achieved an 80% error resolution rate, enhancing customer satisfaction and service reliability
Hyulim Robot / Hyulim Networks
ROS Software Developer
CONTEXT
During the introduction of industrial and logistics robots, there was a demand for accurate localization, stable operation, and multi-robot control system establishment.
OBJECTIVE
To improve robot pose estimation accuracy, secure scalability (multi-robot control) and cost efficiency desired by customers, and develop differentiated features.
EXECUTION
- Designed EKF-based IMU fusion localization module
- Developed ROS navigation package and applied it to industrial PMSM-based platforms
- Built a web-based middleware capable of controlling more than 20 robots
- Developed a USB camera-based automatic charging system, supporting patent application
- Enhanced obstacle avoidance and autonomous driving features based on LiDAR and Depth Camera
ACHIEVEMENT
- Successful patent application for the automatic charging system, contributed to Public Relationship
